Delivery Information
All items must be carefully checked immediately on arrival. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged, incomplete or in unsatisfactory condition, you should accept delivery and contact us within one working day. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. You agree that due to the perishable nature of the product it will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if the recipient is out. In this case the courier will leave a slip to let the recipient know the location. If the recipient has not received the item within 48 hrs of your shipping notification then please email enquiries@cornishcream.com immediately.
If an item is not in stock, you will always be emailed / phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the product to come back into stock.
Shipment Schedule
Items will be shipped asap, however due to the nature of products we follow the below process.
Standard deliveries to UK addresses
We ship on a Monday and Thursday only, delivering on Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding bank holidays).
Any items including perishable goods such as our Cornish clotted cream, scones and Cornish butter can only be shipped within the UK. These items will be sent by via the Premium DPD next day tracked service.
Our courier will leave the parcel in a safe place unless an alternative is specified in the "Delivery Instructions" field.
Only one delivery address can be selected per order. If you would like to send to multiple addresses you can either place multiple orders or email enquiries@cornishcream.com with a list of addresses and payment can be taken over the phone (please note there is a delivery charge for each delivery address).
Please note if the shipment address provided by the customer during the order process is incomplete or wrong, and the delivery fails then unfortunately the order will not qualify for a replacement or a refund.
Deliveries to non-mainland UK & Scottish Highlands
Please ring for a quote for delivery costs to non-mainland UK addresses (Scottish Offshore Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland) and Scottish Highlands.
Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50. Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Deliveries to addresses outside the UK
We currently do not offer an international delivery service, and will not be able to ship items to destinations outside the United Kingdom under any circumstance.
Delivery Rates
Due to the nature of our products (some perishable, some heavy but with a low retail cost), we have calculated our delivery charges in a manner which gets the items to you in the quickest, safest method at the lowest cost using the best courier in the UK for service. Our chosen partner is DPD, using their premium next day tracked service.
Delivery costs on all items dispatched for UK delivery have been calculated by linking the cost of the item value to a delivery fee in line the below table: NB: Please ring for a quote for delivery to non-mainland UK addresses
